Return & Refund Conditions
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • No restocking fees, insurance fees, or customs duties will be charged for returns.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original packaging;

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed;

  • With all original tags attached.

Return Process

  1. Take clear photos of the item you wish to return.

  3. Our team will provide you with the correct return address.

  4. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.

  5. Share the tracking number with our Customer Service team.

  6. Once the returned package is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Important Notes

  • All returns are free of charge for the customer.

  • We do not accept returns without prior authorization.

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • We are only responsible for products purchased directly from YDressup.com.

  • Returns sent to an incorrect address without confirmation will not be processed.
