Fit note: This style runs small. Measure your natural waist and match it to the table below rather than ordering the size you usually wear — if you are between sizes, choose the larger size. The inch column matches US jeans sizing closely, so your jeans size is a reliable starting point.

How to measure your waist
Run a soft tape around your waist at the point where the band will sit — low on the hips for this low-rise cut, not at the navel. Stand relaxed, keep the tape snug but not tight, and do not hold your breath in. Both waistbands sit within a couple of centimetres of each other, so measure where the lower band lands.
"Flat measure" is the garment laid flat and measured across the waistband; use the waist columns to choose your size. Measurements are taken by hand, so a variance of about 1cm is normal.
