Fit note: Go by your waist measurement, not by the size you usually wear — this style is lettered on the smaller side, and an S here fits a waist that often takes an M elsewhere. The fabric is very high stretch, so each size covers a wide range. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.

How to measure your waist
Run a soft tape around your waist where the band will sit, not at the navel. Stand relaxed, keep the tape snug but not tight, and do not hold your breath in. Waist is the reliable number here; the weight columns are a rough guide only, since two people at the same weight can be two sizes apart.
"Flat measure" is the garment laid flat and measured across the waistband. Measurements are taken by hand, so a small variance is normal.
