Fit note: This style runs small and the maker's own advice is to order one size larger than usual. Measure your waist, find your band below, and if you are anywhere near the top of it, take the next size up. Faux leather does not stretch the way knit fabric does.

How to measure your waist
Run a soft tape around your waist where the band will sit, low on the hips rather than at the navel. Stand relaxed, keep the tape snug but not tight, and do not hold your breath in. Measurements are taken by hand, so a small variance is normal.
