Fit note: This is a low-rise, close-fitting cut. If you carry more through the hips or you prefer a looser feel, take one size up. Measure your waist and match it to the table below rather than going by your usual letter — and if you know your US jeans size, that column is the quickest way to place yourself.

How to measure your waist

Run a soft tape around your waist where the band will sit — low on the hips for this low-rise cut, not at the navel. Stand relaxed, keep the tape snug but not tight, and do not hold your breath in. The height and weight guide is a starting point only; waist is what decides your size.

"Waistband flat" is the garment laid flat and measured across the band, useful for comparing against a pair you already own. Measurements are taken by hand, so a small variance is normal.
