I am new to pouch underwear and I was pleasantly surprised by these. These are actually true to size. I am 5'4" 148lbs, have a 30.5" waist and 36" butt/hips; I normally wear mediums and these mediums fit perfectly. You get just enough coverage on the butt, the material is extremely stretchy so it contours around the bulge and can accommodate the normal size fluctuations throughout the day without you being required to constantly adjust them. It gives a mild support while still allowing movent. The material is also soft and smooth, so it is very comfortable. I definitely recommend buying these and will probably be getting more in different colors.Update: be aware these will shrink a fair bit after washing.

Love them! Great fit and comfortable! I ended up getting 4 pairs total! They are amazingly hot to wear all day! I wear them under my business clothes and have stockings attached below them. I'm a size 30 waist. Probably could have gone with a size small but these fit fine also. Feel so good!
